Step 1. Analysis & insights.

As scientist-practitioners, our first goal is to understand your organization’s landscape, including strengths and opportunities for transformation. We approach analysis by capitalizing on quantitative and qualitative data (including assessments, interviews, HR data, etc.) and by capitalizing on the expertise, experiences, and wisdom of your internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Step 2. Action Planning & implementation.

In partnership with internal talent, we help optimize processes and procedures or develop from scratch where necessary. We stay nimble in our planning and implementation of interventions as your organization continues to change, grow, and evolve over time. We support you in developing plans (and back up plans), and continuing to adapt solutions until they are right for your specific organization. 

As we help you implement solutions, our main goal is to focus on developing your team’s skills, knowledge, and credibility within your company so that you can continue driving the work and having a deep impact long past the conclusion of our engagement.

Step 3. Support & reinforcement.

Once we begin implementing solutions, it is critical to monitor the progress of those interventions and identify opportunities for sustained improvement. We help you put rigorous, but easy-to-implement, analytic plans in place to allow for the assessment of change over time and provide information on where additional efforts, support, and resources are needed. These analytics provide a foundation for the reinforcement of new modes of work, and accountability for results.

We will partner with you, your team, and key stakeholders to assess, refine, and develop your strategic plan (3 or 5 year) for your organization or department. We will examine your goals, measures, strategies and monitoring process to identify the strengths of your existing plan as well as areas that may warrant attention and possible adjustments. Systems diagnosis & transformation.

We will partner with your organization to develop and implement individual or interconnected systems, including competency modeling, recruiting, hiring & selection, training and development, and performance management that are specifically designed to minimize bias. As part of this service we will also help develop evaluations to track the effectiveness of these systems-level interventions as well as the change impact on individual employees and the organization. Stated or unstated, all of our services have justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) at their core. We are able to provide specific support related to JEDI, and Anti-Racism initiatives within your organization. This may be supporting your internal JEDI professionals, developing a JEDI strategic plan, leading you through JEDI and anti-racist/anti-oppressive professional development, or helping you establish JEDI initiatives.
